Check-In/Out: Check-in between 16:00–22:00, check-out by 10:00.
Deposit: A security deposit (up to €200) may be required.
Quiet Hours: 21:00–08:00, strictly enforced.
Reception: No front desk; guests receive instructions via email and must sign a rental agreement before arrival.
Children: All ages welcome. Baby cots available free (0–6 years). No extra beds.
Parking: One parking space per apartment, limited to 2.60 m × 4.50 m.
Pets & Parties: Not permitted. Hen and stag groups are not allowed.
Renovations: Roof work may occur between April and mid-November.
